About Keshia
Keshia Gee earned an undergraduate degree in Dance from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro and completed the Master of Fine Arts in Dance at Hollins University in collaboration with Künstlerhaus Mousonturm and the Frankfurt University of Music and Performing Arts, with support from The Dresden Frankfurt Dance Company.
Gee is an Associate Professor of Dance at Elon University and a certified Pilates instructor through Balanced Body, one of the leading Pilates organizations in the world.
Her approach is grounded in both movement and education, bringing a deep understanding of the body into every session while creating a space that feels supportive, calm, and accessible. She believes movement should feel both challenging and supportive.
Sessions are designed to meet you where you are, with attention to alignment, breath, and consistency over time, helping you build strength and feel more at home in your body.
